Cellier des Dauphins Les Dauphins Blanc

Les Dauphins Blanc is an uncomplicated white wine from the southern Rhône Valley – sun-ripened, aromatic and made for relaxed evenings without much fuss.

Cellier des Dauphins is one of the most renowned cooperatives in the Côtes du Rhône, founded in 1967 in the Drôme department. Today, it consolidates the harvest of approximately 800 winegrowers across more than 8,000 hectares. The vineyards lie between Montélimar and Avignon, characterized by pebbly soils, intense sunshine, and the cool Mistral wind – a climate that contributes to the natural freshness of the wines.

In the glass, the Blanc reveals aromas of white peach, melon, and a hint of herbs—thyme and white blossom, typical of the garrigue region of southern France. The palate is round and medium-bodied, with lively acidity that keeps the wine fresh. The finish is short to medium-long, clean, and pleasantly dry.

Serving temperature: 10–12 °C. Drink now – no aging potential required.
It goes well with grilled vegetables, goat cheese, ratatouille, or a simple quiche Lorraine. It's also a great choice as an aperitif on the terrace.
