Speri Viticoltori

Sometimes all it takes is a family secret passed down through seven generations. That's exactly what you'll experience at Speri Viticoltori in the heart of Valpolicella. Since 1874, the family has dedicated themselves to winemaking with passion and vision – today with 60 hectares of vineyards and an impressive philosophy: only their own grapes, only organic farming, and only native grape varieties such as Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara.

Their masterpiece? The Amarone Sant'Urbano , which, after 24 months of aging in oak barrels, impresses with its elegance and depth. But the Ripasso , with its spicy aromas of clove and cinnamon, is also an experience. These wines aren't loud, they whisper – and that's precisely what makes them so special.

The Amarone Sant'Urbano matures for 24 months in oak barrels—dense yet precise. The Ripasso displays notes of clove and cinnamon, ready to drink with minimal intervention.
