Zabu Nero d'Avola Sicilia IGT

The Zabù Nero d'Avola has a very fruit-forward nose with aromas of cherry and dark berries. This is complemented by a subtle spiciness with a light, spicy hint of eucalyptus and Christmas spices. On the palate, the Nero d'Avola is very smooth and pleasing with soft tannins. A touch of fruit sweetness allows the fruit flavors to fully shine. This red wine is a true all-rounder. It pairs well with many dishes (e.g., pasta dishes, stir-fries, meat in light sauces, mild cheeses), but it also shines as an unobtrusive companion to a relaxing evening.

Vigneti Zabù

Vigneti Zabù comes from the heart of Sicily – an island that has always understood wine as more than just a drink: as an expression of earth, sun and strength of character.

Zabù is driven by a passion for indigenous grape varieties like Nero d'Avola and Grillo , which thrive on the region's barren, mineral-rich soils. The wines are honest, approachable, and brimming with Sicilian energy – warm, deep, and vibrant.

If you want to experience Sicily in a glass, Zabù is the right place for you.
