Zabu Chiantari Chardonnay Sicilia
The grapes for this wine grow on the island of Sicily in the hills near Lago Arancio. This lake is located in the southeastern part of the island, near Sambuca di Sicilia, where the relatively young Vigneti Zabù winery has its cellars. The vines thrive in clay soil that retains water very well, allowing them to withstand the hot summers. This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. After a 10-12 day temperature-controlled maceration, the must is pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is then bottled and aged for several months in the bottle. The Chiantari Chardonnay from Zabù displays floral aromas of banana and pear. A subtle freshness keeps the wine in fine balance and ensures a pleasant finish.

Vigneti Zabù comes from the heart of Sicily – an island that has always understood wine as more than just a drink: as an expression of earth, sun and strength of character.
Zabù is driven by a passion for indigenous grape varieties like Nero d'Avola and Grillo , which thrive on the region's barren, mineral-rich soils. The wines are honest, approachable, and brimming with Sicilian energy – warm, deep, and vibrant.
If you want to experience Sicily in a glass, Zabù is the right place for you.
