Tinto Pesquera Reserva

Tinto Pesquera Reserva
The Pesquera Reserva by Alejandro Fernández is one of the wines that have put Ribera del Duero on the world map – concentrated, complex and with real aging potential.
In 1972, Alejandro Fernández laid the foundation for modern wine culture in the Duero Valley with Finca Pesquera. His Reserva matures for several years in American oak before being released – a style that shaped the wine long before Ribera del Duero became a DO.
In the glass, it shines a vibrant garnet red with blue-red reflections. The nose offers blackberry, cassis, and vanilla, along with a hint of toasty aromas from barrel aging. On the palate, it is dense and concentrated – dried dark fruits, velvety tannins, and a long, profound finish.
