A Riesling from the Palatinate that combines the aromatic strength of this grape variety with Palatinate warmth – fresh, lively, and uncomplicated to drink.
Tina Pfaffmann manages her winery in the southern Rhineland-Palatinate, one of the sunniest wine regions in Germany. The soils of the southern Palatinate – limestone, loess, and sandy sites – give Rieslings here a somewhat fuller, fruit-driven character than on the Mosel or Nahe. The Riesling No9 stands for accessible enjoyment without a long wait.
In the glass, it shows aromas of yellow apple, citrus peel, and a hint of white peach. The acidity is present but not edgy – it gives the wine freshness and length without cutting. The finish is clear and dry with a slightly mineral aftertaste.

The Winery
Weingut Tina Pfaffmann – authentic Palatinate, joie de vivre in every drop. In 2000, Tina took over the 15-hectare family winery in Frankweiler and established it under her own name.
Her philosophy: "That is me" or "That is not me". New every year, always close to nature. Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, and more grow on clay and limestone.
The creative vinification makes the difference: vines over 40 years old, fermentation in 100-year-old stoneware containers, long skin contact. Gault Millau honors it. Personality in every bottle. Taste, enjoyment, emotion.
