Stahl Silvaner dry
A Franconian Silvaner, just as it should be: dry, precise, with the typical mineral spice of the region.
Christian Stahl cultivates his vineyards in the Franconian wine region with a clear focus on single-varietal character wines. For the "Best of" line, the best grapes from all vineyards are selectively harvested by hand and then vinified reductively in stainless steel tanks — preserving aromas, without oxidation, and with full varietal expression.
In the glass, the Silvaner displays ripe pear, herbs, and a hint of white peppermint. The acidity is lively but never sharp. The body is both juicy and firm, the finish dry and lingering with a mineral note.
Recommendation: Serve well chilled at 10–12 °C. Pairs perfectly with Franconian asparagus with hollandaise sauce, pike-perch fillet, light poultry, or mild goat cheese.
