Signature Latour de Franc Côtes du Roussillon Village

The selected parcels are carefully harvested by hand. The Carignan grape variety is vinified as whole clusters, while Syrah and Grenache undergo traditional maceration after destemming and crushing. The Latour de France matures for several months in tonneaux to impart a beautiful balance on the palate. This red wine displays a lovely dark and deep garnet red with violet reflections. The expressive and elegant nose evokes blackberry jam, garrigue, and licorice. Firm, dense, and concentrated, the palate reveals a powerful wine with great potential, silky tannins, and a long, spicy finish. This Latour de France also pairs wonderfully with cheeses such as a refined Camembert or Morbier from Normandy.
