What makes this fine grappa, with its second maturation in Tennessee whiskey barrels, so special is the aging in former Jack Daniel's casks, which imparts a unique character. The intense aroma of spices and a subtle hint of vanilla add complexity and elegance. At the same time, this grappa is very smooth and balanced, and the additional wood aging, with its vanilla notes, provides even more complexity and a more intense aroma and flavor. Sibona

Sibona – an Italian distillery in Piedmont, near Alba. Founded in 1908. A special detail: Sibona holds distilling license No. 1 – the oldest official distilling license in Italy. For their grappas, only grapes from the Langhe and Rohero regions are used, grown at an altitude of 150 to 250 meters. Pomace from Nebbiolo, Chardonnay, Moscato or Barbera is gently distilled and then stored in steel or wooden barrels. Italian craftsmanship at the highest level.
