The Rocca Ventosa Merlot Terre di Chieti IGP comes from the heart of Abruzzo – a region known for its climatic contrasts between the Adriatic coastal breezes and the foothills of the Apennines. This combination gives the Merlot a distinctive freshness that sets it apart from many of its Tuscan or Venetian counterparts.

In the glass, it presents itself in a deep ruby ​​red with violet reflections. The nose reveals ripe black cherry and blackberry , underpinned by notes of plum, delicate chocolate, and a hint of tobacco. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rounded, with soft, well-integrated tannins and a pleasantly long, fruit-driven finish.
