The Rocca Ventosa Cabernet Sauvignon Terre di Chieti IGT comes from the hills of Abruzzo – a region known for its continental temperature fluctuations, which gives Cabernet Sauvignon exceptional aromatic depth.

In the glass, it displays a deep ruby ​​red with violet reflections. The nose opens with aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, and ripe cherries , underpinned by a pleasant balsamic and spicy note that lends the wine complexity. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rounded , with well-integrated, velvety tannins and a fresh, balanced acidity that ensures length and drinkability.

Ideal with grilled beef or lamb, pasta all'Amatriciana, or strong hard cheese. Also a good choice as a simple accompaniment for an evening meal without a special occasion.
