Resonance Pinot Noir Willamette Valley

Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley in Oregon – that is Burgundy with a Pacific influence: cooler nights, volcanic Jory soil, aromas that oscillate between elegance and power.

Résonance comes from one of the most famous terroirs on the American West Coast. The Willamette Valley lies at a similar latitude to Burgundy and produces Pinot Noir with comparable finesse – but at the same time with that typical Oregonian trait: a bit more freshness, a bit more edge.

In the glass, it shows a medium ruby red. The nose opens with cherries, red berries, and a hint of dried herbs – lavender, a quiet earthy tone. On the palate, fine, ripe tannins, vibrant acidity, and a finish with a mineral note that recalls its volcanic origin. Not a heavy, fruit-bomb-like red wine – but one that combines structure and drinkability.

Serving recommendation: Best served at 15–17 °C. Pairs with wild salmon fillet with mushrooms, grilled duck breast, or an aged Pinot-friendly cheese like Époisses.
