Resonance Pinot Noir Willamette Valley

Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley in Oregon – this is Burgundy with Pacific influence: cooler nights, volcanic Jory soil, aromas that oscillate between elegance and power.

Résonance comes from one of the most renowned terroirs on the American West Coast. The Willamette Valley lies at a similar latitude to Burgundy and produces Pinot Noir with comparable finesse – but at the same time with that typical Oregonian characteristic: a touch more freshness, a touch more edge.

In the glass, it displays a medium ruby red color. The nose opens with cherries, red berries, and a hint of dried herbs – lavender, a subtle earthiness. On the palate, fine, ripe tannins, lively acidity, and a finish with a mineral note that recalls its volcanic origin. Not a heavy, fruit-bomb red wine – but one that combines structure and drinkability.

Serving suggestion: Best served at 15–17 °C. Pairs well with wild salmon fillet with mushrooms, grilled duck breast, or a mature, Pinot-friendly cheese such as Époisses. Drinking window 2024–2028.
