Marzadro Grappa Moscato in Purezza dal Trentino
A single-varietal Trentino Grappa that showcases Moscato in its most aromatic form: floral, delicate, with the characteristic sweetness of the grape variety — without actually being sweet.
Marzadro has been distilling for decades in the Val Lagarina south of Trento. For this Grappa Moscato in Purezza, the pomace comes exclusively from vineyards around Calliano and Besenello—sun-drenched slopes that give the Moscato Bianco its aromatic intensity. Distillation takes place in a discontinuous steam still, the so-called discontinua a vapore —the traditional Trentino method that gently heats the pomace and precisely separates the volatile aromas.
In the glass: rose petals, white peach, a hint of apricot, and orange zest. On the palate, velvety and warm, with a delicate spiciness in the finish. No harshness, no bitterness—the Moscato character remains recognizable from the first sip to the last.
Neat at room temperature as a digestif, slightly chilled to 14–16 °C with almond biscuits or cantuccini. Also classically with espresso — either side by side or directly in the cup ( caffè corretto ).

The Marzadro distillery – Italian craftsmanship since 1949. Founded by Sabina and Attilio Marzadro, it is located in the north of Italy, in Vallagarina, surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees. Grappas and liqueurs of the highest quality are created here. What makes them special? The pomace is traditionally distilled using the water-bath steam method – gently and precisely, supported by modern computer control. The quality is regularly checked by the "Istituto Tutela Grappa del Trentino". A true pleasure from the north of Italy.
