Marzadro Grappa Bivitigno Delicata is made from two different white grapes: Chardonnay and Müller-Thurgau. This blend results in a particularly smooth, elegant grappa with a grassy aroma. The production process uses intermittent steam distillation, a gentle method that optimally preserves the aromas and fragrances. The Müller-Thurgau grapes come from the Brentonico plain, the Vallagarina hills, and the Cembra valley, where the Chardonnay also thrives at higher altitudes. Aged in wooden barrels.

The Marzadro Distillery – Italian craftsmanship since 1949. Founded by Sabina and Attilio Marzadro, it is located in Vallagarina in northern Italy, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. Here, grappas and liqueurs of the highest quality are produced. What makes them so special? The pomace is traditionally distilled using a steam bain-marie method – carefully and precisely, supported by modern computer control. Marzadro processes up to 20 tons of pomace daily, producing up to 100,000 bottles annually. The quality is regularly tested by the "Istituto Tutela Grappa del Trentino" and has received numerous national and international awards. A true delight from northern Italy.
