Wirrega Vineyards was named after one of the three large cattle stations that dominated the landscape at the end of the 19th century. Here, Ben Glaetzer, one of the best young Australian winemakers, has proven Australia's enormous quality potential.
The Heartland Shiraz shows itself to be powerful and decidedly complex on the nose. On the palate, multi-layered aromas ranging from fruits to spices with a slightly vanilla finish.
