Glenlivet French Oak Reserve 15 Years Single Malt Whiskey

Glenvilet's French Oak Single Malt Whisky possesses a remarkably smooth yet complex character. It impresses with sweet aromas of vanilla, as well as notes of oak and caramel. Its rounded and complex flavor is initially somewhat sweet, later becoming nutty with hints of oak and pepper. The long finish is warming and slightly dry. This Glenvilet whisky is first matured in ex-bourbon casks, and later in Limousin oak casks, which impart its wonderful oak aroma. These casks are also used in the maturation of Cognac.
