Ghost Corner Bowline

Ghost Corner Bowline
The Ghost Corner Bowline comes from one of the most spectacular vineyards in South Africa – and you can taste it.
Cederberg lies in the Cederberg Mountains north of Cape Town, at altitudes of up to 1,000 meters. The extreme temperature variations between day and night result in slow ripening, pronounced acidity, and aromatic intensity – qualities lacking in warm coastal locations. Ghost Corner is the estate's flagship label for wines from the coolest, windiest plots near the Atlantic Ocean.
In the glass, the Bowline – a white Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon – displays ripe pear, white fig, and a hint of toasted almond. The acidity is present but integrated; the finish is long, with a slightly creamy texture that suggests oak aging.
Recommendation: Serve at 10–12 °C. Pairs well with grilled sea bass with caper butter, chicken in white wine sauce, or a mature Brie. Also delicious as a standalone aperitif with some olives and almonds.
