Galiardi Ro-Sa-To DOC
A Rosé wine from the Marche region, grown on the hills of the Colli Pesaresi around Cartoceto. Galiardi farms his vineyards organically and selects the grapes in the vineyard – the Ro-Sà-To bears the organic seal on the label.
In the glass, a bright rosé with delicate shades, with fresh, floral notes on the nose. On the palate, dry, clear, and calmly fresh – a wine that does not need to be loud to please.
Aged in stainless steel tanks so that the fruit remains unadulterated. Serve it well chilled at 6 to 10 °C – with fish, seafood, soups, or a risotto. 13% vol.
