Fleur de Sel, Refill

Fleur de Sel from the salt pans of Ibiza – harvested in a nature reserve where sun, dry air, and constant wind allow this delicate salt flower to form. The fragile crystals only develop under these conditions on the sea surface and are skimmed off by hand.

Unrefined and containing over 80 minerals and trace elements, the crystals dissolve slowly on the tongue – mild, slightly briny, without the harshness of industrially processed salt. Add just before serving to preserve the crystal structure.

As a finishing touch on grilled fish, tomatoes with olive oil, or dark chocolate. This refill fits directly into the stoneware pot (Art. 5985).
