The vineyards are located near the southern French Mediterranean (Côtes d'Azur) in the La Londe area. "Appellation Contrôlée" corresponds to a quality wine from specific growing regions, here Provence.
The Fleur de Mer Rosé is the delicious result of a typical creation for the Côtes de Provence: Grenache, which stands for fruitiness among other things, Cinsault with strong character, and Syrah, the powerful noble grape.
Bright salmon pink, fine scent of ripe berries, plenty of silkiness and finesse, on the palate juicy fruit with good balance and playfulness.
A delicious companion to poultry, light meat, fish, Provençal and oriental dishes.

At what temperature should I serve it?
Best between 8 and 10 °C. Served too warm, it loses its freshness and liveliness — so put it in the freezer again shortly before pouring if it is not cold enough in the fridge.
How long does an opened bottle last?
Well-sealed in the fridge, it keeps for two to three days after opening. After that, the freshness noticeably fades — a rosé of this type is meant for drinking, not for storing.
