Corte dei Mori Terre Siciliane Vermentino Et. Blu
A Sicilian Vermentino that showcases the island's approachable, aromatic side: fresh, herby, with a Mediterranean character.
Corte dei Mori produces wines in the Terre Siciliane IGT region that highlight the island's grape varieties. Vermentino – originally a Sardinian specialty, but long since established in Sicily – develops its typical character here: aromatic yet structured.
In the glass, it displays a bright golden yellow. The nose offers aromas of peach and apricot, along with white blossoms and a subtle hint of vanilla. Typical of the variety is a herbaceous, slightly salty note that adds depth to the fruit flavors. On the palate, it has lively acidity, a medium body, and a mineral finish.
Serving suggestion: Serve chilled at 8–10 °C. Pairs well with grilled calamari, pasta with lemon and ricotta, light fish dishes, or simply enjoyed on its own as an uncomplicated summer evening wine.

Over time, they have established or acquired various wineries in several Italian provinces, including Corte dei Mori in Sicily. They primarily cultivate typical Sicilian grape varieties such as Nero d'Avola, Inzolia, and Greciano. The winery produces elegant, modern wines that have proven successful on the international market due to their high quality. Today, their wines enjoy worldwide popularity.
