Springfontein winery cultivates its vineyards in the Walker Bay region biodynamically, focusing on varietal expression rather than over-processing in the cellar. The Terroir Selection represents wines that reflect the character of the soil – limestone and granite define the profile of this site.

In the glass, the wine shines a rich golden yellow. The nose reveals dried quince, a hint of roasted almond, and ripe pear. On the palate, it displays a firm, well-integrated acidity with a creamy texture and a long, slightly nutty finish – typical of a substantial Chenin Blanc.

Pairs well with grilled cod, chicken in cream sauce, or a mature goat cheese. Serving temperature: 10–12 °C. Best enjoyed by 2028.
