Champagne Roederer Brut Rosé

Champagne Roederer Brut Rosé
Roederer Brut Rosé is a champagne for those who want more than mere prestige: a glass with a story to tell. Louis Roederer, one of the few remaining family-run Grandes Maisons in Reims, cultivates rosé as a distinct style – not a by-product, but a clear commitment to depth and color.
This cuvée combines Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, refined with a portion of still wine from the estate. This results in the salmon-pink hue and structural tension: ripe strawberry and raspberry mingle with citrus zest and a hint of white blossom, underpinned by a delicate yeasty note from aging on latte fermentation. The finish is dry, taut, and long.
Ideal as an aperitif or with light summer dishes – salmon tartare, beef carpaccio or aged goat cheese. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
