Bosco del Merlo Pinot Grigio Rosè DOC delle Venezie

Bosco del Merlo Pinot Grigio Rosè DOC delle Venezie
Pinot Grigio as a rosé wine — this is not a fad, but a tradition in northeastern Italy. With this grape variety, the color is located directly in the skins, and those who macerate them deliberately bring out copper-colored reflections and significantly more depth than a classic Pinot Grigio would ever show.
Bosco del Merlo cultivates its vineyards in the DOC delle Venezie in Veneto, one of Italy's most productive and diverse wine regions. The winery stands for varietal expression without detours.
In the glass, the wine shines a rich salmon pink with copper highlights. The nose offers aromas of Williams pear, wild strawberry, and a hint of dried flowers—subtle yet clearly defined. On the palate, it is dry, with lively acidity and juicy fruit that lingers briefly before a clean finish.
