Crede Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG

Crede Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG
Bisol Crede Brut is the house classic of one of the oldest wineries in Valdobbiadene – family-owned since 1875, today one of the most reliable addresses for Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
"Crede" refers to the clay-rich soil that characterizes the hills around Valdobbiadene. This subsoil retains moisture and contributes to a firm acidity in the wine. In the glass, it displays a pale yellow, finely perlaged appearance with a bouquet of wildflowers, ripe pear, and green apple. The finish is dry, slightly salty, and invigoratingly fresh.
Serve as an aperitif, with light antipasti or with fresh goat cheese – at 6–8 °C.
