Bellavista Alma Assemblage 1

Franciacorta from Lombardy — Italy's answer to Champagne, with its own distinct character. Bellavista's Alma Gran Cuvée is created from a blend of base wine and reserve wines, aged on the lees for at least four years. This exceptionally long aging process is the reason for its fine, creamy bubbles and aromatic depth.

In the glass, a bright golden yellow. On the nose, white pear, melon, and white rose, underpinned by a subtle vanilla note from the lees aging. The acidity is lively but integrated—no harshness, just freshness. Fruity and lingering finish.
