The Riserva Vittorio Moretti is Bellavista's homage to the estate's founder — a single-vintage cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, grown on vines over 30 years old in the Franciacorta DOCG south of Lake Garda. The extra-brut dosage deliberately keeps the residual sugar low, allowing the fruit and minerality of the vineyard to shine through.

In the glass, the Franciacorta displays a fine, persistent perlage. Aromas of white peach, citrus zest, and a hint of toasted almond are supported by fresh acidity and a dry, lingering finish. Serving temperature: 7–9 °C. The drinking window is still open, but the Riserva category suggests aging potential.
