Cows, sheep, goats, and chickens all provide natural fertilizer, help control weeds, and eliminate the need for chemicals. The soils are free of chemicals, enriched with plant extracts, fungi, and bacteria from the estate's own compost. The vines root more than five meters deep – true terroir in every glass. The vineyards lie five kilometers from the sea, at an altitude of 270 to 300 meters. Sandstone soils with medium-sized stones retain water and ensure balance. 21-year-old vines deliver intense character.
