Nestled between the limestone plateaus of the Causse du Larzac and the Mediterranean plain lies the heart of the Saint Saturnin cooperative , which markets its wines under the Fonjoya name. Cool northern winds meet southern sunshine here – an interplay that imparts both freshness and ripeness to the grapes, showcasing Grenache in an expression rarely found elsewhere in the Languedoc.
