Le Grand Reve Reserve Rouge

A red wine that doesn't need a grand gesture: soft, fruity and with a pleasant residual sweetness that blends into the tannins without being sticky.

The Coopérative Saint-Saturnin is located in the Hérault region, at the foot of the Pic de Vissou in the Languedoc – a region that has long since shed its reputation for mass-produced wine. The winemakers here focus on the Pays d'Hérault Mont Baudile appellation, an area with continental influences and calcareous-clay soils that give structure to southern French grape varieties.

Le Grand Rêve Réserve Rouge matures for 12 months in 300-liter French oak barrels—a format that imparts gentler wood aromas than the classic barrique. In the glass, it reveals blackberry, cassis, and plum, along with jammy depth, vanilla, and a hint of cocoa bean. The body is full and rounded, the tannins well-integrated, and the finish velvety with a noticeable, but not overpowering, residual sweetness.

Cooperative Saint Saturnin

Fonjoya – Cooperative Saint Saturnin unites courageous winemakers in the heart of the Languedoc, where the Causse du Larzac meets the Mediterranean plain. Cool mountain breezes, southern warmth, and an exceptional diversity of terroir characterize the wines of this dedicated cooperative.

Whether it's the fruity lightness of the Jambe de Chien Rosé, the elegant freshness of the red Échine d'Âne , or the aromatic richness of the white Dent de Loup – every bottle here embodies the true Grenache character of the South of France. Uncomplicated enjoyment that surprises.
