The Italian company Astoria Vini AC Srl was founded in 1987 and is currently managed by Giorgio and Paolo Polegata. Located in the northern region of Italy, renowned for its climate, the winery owns approximately 40 hectares of vineyards. Astoria Vini AC Srl primarily produces Prosecco, but also offers barrel-aged wines, fortified wines, and grappas. Grape varieties such as Glera, Chardonnay, and Moscato are used in the production of their wines and Proseccos, processed using traditional, high-quality methods. In 2016, the company's exceptional work was recognized with the Italian certificate of excellence, "Eccellenze Italiane."

Prosecco and craftsmanship from the Veneto

Astoria Vini was founded in 1987 in the Veneto and is now managed by brothers Giorgio and Paolo Polegata. On around 40 hectares of vineyards in a region known for its mild climate and viticultural tradition, wines are created that remain in their own hands from the cellar to the bottle.

The focus is on the Glera grape: it is used to produce the Proseccos for which Astoria is known – fresh, finely sparkling, with the typical lightness of the Veneto. In addition, the house produces barrique wines from Chardonnay, liqueur wines, and grappa – an assortment that shows how broadly the craft is positioned here.

In 2016, Astoria Vini was awarded the Italian quality certificate "Eccellenze Italiane" – a recognition awarded not for marketing efforts, but for consistent work in the vineyard and cellar. Anyone looking for an uncomplicated Prosecco for the aperitivo or a mature barrique white wine for pasta will find both at Astoria with a clear origin.
