Alexander Gysler —
honest organic wines from Rheinhessen since the 18th century

Alexander Gysler runs one of the oldest wineries in Rheinhessen — the family tradition dates back to the middle of the 18th century. After his father's death, Alexander took over the winery and set a clear course: no compromises on origin, no dressing up in the cellar. What he calls "honest wines," he means literally.

Since 2004, the winery has been certified organic — not as a marketing promise, but as a consequence of a conviction: healthy soils give the wine character that no additive can replace. This is reflected in the variety of grape varieties that Gysler cultivates: Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Scheurebe are the focus, each variety with its own expression, each bottle with a clearly recognizable Rheinhessen origin.

The wines are suitable for uncomplicated everyday life as well as for conscious enjoyment at the table — accessible in style, but never arbitrary. Anyone who values transparency in viticulture will find a reliable address at Alexander Gysler.
