About the evening

Mallorca has long ceased to be an insider tip when it comes to top-class Mediterranean wines. The largest Balearic island has experienced an impressive quality revolution in recent years. Away from the coasts, on the red limestone soils (Call Vermell) of Binissalem and the hills of Pla i Llevant, wines with a very distinct identity are being created. This evening, we will present a curated selection of Mallorcan wines that perfectly reflect the island's special lifestyle – between sea breezes, wild herbs, and the warmth of the sun.

Whether you are already familiar with the island's big names or want to discover Mallorca's indigenous grape varieties for yourself: this evening combines holiday flair, insider knowledge, and first-class enjoyment.

How the evening works

The entire evening will be moderated by our wine expert. For each course, we will introduce you to the accompanying wines: their origin, the peculiarities of the Mallorcan climate, and the characteristics of the typical grape varieties.

There will always be room for questions – whether about local treasures like Mantonegro, Prensal Blanc, and Callet, or about modern winemaking on the island. You don't need any prior knowledge, just curiosity and a love for enjoyment.

The wines

This evening, we will taste an exclusive selection from Mallorcan bodegas.

The following wines will be in your glass this evening:

For the aperitif: Macia Batle Blanc de Blancs

Macià Batle Rosado

B-Rosat Binigrau

Bodega 65 Chardonnay

Ànima Negra Quíbia

José L. Ferrer Crianza

Arbre Negre Mallorca

Binigrau Obac

Ànima Negra ÀN/2

You can expect a spectrum ranging from fresh, salty white wines to elegant rosés and characterful, sun-drenched red wines that bring the terroir of Mallorca into your glass in an unadulterated way.

The menu

The experience is rounded off by a corresponding 4-course menu that harmoniously accompanies the aromas of the wines and makes every course part of the overall experience.

Cold tapas

  • Serrano ham
  • Gazpacho in a glass
  • Olives / Aioli

Warm tapas

  • Pimientos de Padrón
  • Chorizo sausage with red lentils
  • Gambas with garlic in oil
  • Mallorcan chicken with Patatas Bravas
  • Cheese selection

Upon request, we also offer a vegetarian menu option – just let us know when booking.

The culinary highlights are provided by the Judith Geschmacksmanufaktur. The team brings a breath of fresh air to the plate with creative creations and showcases our wines in a tasteful way.
