Binigrau lies in the interior of Mallorca, far from the coast – where the Tramuntana Mountains shape the island and ancient terraced vineyards have defined viticulture for generations. The focus is on the indigenous Manto Negro grape variety – one of the oldest varieties in the Balearic Islands, rarely cultivated elsewhere.
