Binigrau B- Negre

Binigrau B- Negre
Mallorca away from the beach bar: The Binigrau B- Negre shows what the island has to offer vinologically – earth-bound, aromatically dense, Mediterranean-warm.
The Binigrau winery is located in the heart of the island's interior, in the Binissalem DOC area. Here, the autochthonous varieties Manto Negro and Callet grow, which have been native to Mallorca for centuries and give the wine an unmistakable island character – concentrated by hot summers, enlivened by the sea breeze from the Mediterranean.
In the glass, a deep ruby red appears. On the nose, dark plum and black cherry, plus tobacco, dried thyme, and rosemary traces – typical of the Mallorcan macchia. On the palate, fully ripe, with round tannin and a warming, long-lasting spice in the finish.
Serving recommendation:
- Temperature: 16–18 °C
- Goes well with leg of lamb with herbs, grilled chorizo, butifarra, or ripe Manchego
