About the evening
As the year draws to a close, things get festive: at our Champagne evening, two houses meet that show the diversity of Champagne in very different ways.
Laurent-Perrier from Tours-sur-Marne is one of the great family houses of Champagne and is known, among other things, for its legendary Rosé. De Saint-Gall comes from Avize, in the middle of the Côte des Blancs, and stands for fine Champagnes characterized by Chardonnay. Together, we will discover how origin, grape variety, and the house's signature shape the style of a Champagne.
A glamorous evening for everyone who wants to end the year with a special experience.
How the evening works
The entire evening will be moderated by our wine expert. For each course, we will introduce the accompanying wines: their origin, the people behind them, and what makes each individual wine special.
There will always be room for questions – whether about grape varieties, vinification, or the ideal serving temperature. You don't need any prior knowledge, just curiosity and a love for enjoyment.
The wines
We will taste Champagnes from De Saint-Gall and Laurent-Perrier, from Premier Cru to vintage Champagne. The following wines will be in your glass:
Subject to changes in the wine selection. Should a planned wine be unavailable at short notice, we will select an adequate, harmonious replacement.
The menu
The tasting will be accompanied by a festive menu that is tailored to the Champagnes. We will announce the menu at a later date.
Upon request, we also offer a vegetarian menu option – simply let us know when booking.

The price includes all tasting wines, the menu, as well as water and bread.
