Champagne Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut

La Cuvée Brut is Laurent-Perrier's entry-level Champagne from Tours-sur-Marne – and also the house's best-selling. The cuvée is primarily Chardonnay with small amounts of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from over 50 crus in Champagne.

In the glass, it displays a pale golden color with a fine, persistent perlage. The aromas are fresh and citrusy – lemon zest, white peach, and a hint of brioche in the background. On the palate, it is straightforward and taut, with good acidity and a clean, dry finish.

A classic aperitif champagne that also pairs well with oysters, steamed fish, or mild goat cheese. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
