Sauvignon Blanc dry III Tradition

A Sauvignon Blanc that shows what the Palatinate can extract from this grape variety: clear structure, aromatic precision, and a dry finish without any harshness.

Bergdolt-Reif & Nett is one of the renowned wineries in the Palatinate, with vineyards around Duttweiler and Kirrweiler on limestone and loess soils. The "Tradition" line stands for carefully crafted wines with a focus on varietal typicity and expression of origin — no wood to mask the flavor, but rather vinification that lets the fruit speak for itself.

In the glass, the wine displays aromas of gooseberry, white peach, and a hint of fresh herbs. The acidity is lively yet integrated, the body medium-weight with a mineral-dry finish. No intrusive green aromas, but a balanced profile that combines freshness and substance.

Pairs well with grilled char, goat cheese, Asian salads with sesame dressing, or light pasta dishes with herb sauce. Serving temperature: 10–12 °C.
