Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige DOC 0.75L

A Sauvignon Blanc that consistently utilizes the strengths of South Tyrol: Franz Haas' vineyards lie between 400 and 800 meters above sea level – enough temperature gradient to sharpen the aromas and preserve the acidity.

The Franz Haas winery is one of the most prestigious estates in Alto Adige. The combination of alpine climate, intense sunshine, and cool nights results in grapes with a long ripening period and a concentrated aroma profile – typical for this region, which has been among the best white wine regions in Italy for decades.

In the glass, the Sauvignon displays clear citrus notes, green gooseberry, and a hint of fresh herbs. The acidity is lively, the body lean, the finish dry and precise. Not a heavy, buttery style – but a wine with drive and freshness.

Serving temperature 8–10 °C . Pairs well with goat cheese, asparagus with vinaigrette, pan-fried Arctic char, or light pasta dishes with herb sauces. Drink now or store until 2027.
