Roner Marillengeist / Aprico

Roner Marillengeist / Aprico
Apricot brandy from the Vinschgau Valley — distilled by the South Tyrolean Roner distillery from apricots ripened in the clear mountain air of the Ortler massif. The alpine climate and intense sunshine shape the fruit: concentratedly aromatic, with natural sweetness and vibrant freshness.
The variety reveals itself immediately in the glass: ripe apricot, a hint of blossom, a clean, fruit-forward finish without any harshness. No sugar, no artificial flavors—just the apricots themselves. Serving temperature: well chilled at around 5°C.
Enjoy neat as a digestif after a South Tyrolean meal, with apricot tart, almond pastries or ripe soft cheese.

Specializing in grappas, liqueurs, and fruit brandies – made from regional fruits, with a keen eye for quality. What goes into this? Their own grappa distillery, modern processing facilities, and an in-house quality control laboratory. In 1999, wine was added to their portfolio with the Ritterhof winery.
