Riesling les Princes Abbés AC Alsace 0.75L

A classic Alsatian Riesling that bears the signature of Domaines Schlumberger: dry, precise, with the typical tension between fruit and minerality for which Alsace is known.

Domaines Schlumberger is one of the largest private wineries in Alsace and manages around 140 hectares, a significant portion of which is in Grand Cru sites around Guebwiller in southern Alsace. The Cuvée Les Princes Abbés is the house's entry-level line — named after the abbots who once shaped the land — and reflects the winery's style: cleanly vinified, varietal, and direct.

In the glass, the wine shines lemon-yellow with green reflections. The nose reveals lemon zest, white peach, and a hint of floral scent. On the palate, it is dry and fresh, with invigorating acidity and a mineral-spicy finish characteristic of Riesling from Alsace.

Goes well with tarte flambée, Munster with caraway, grilled zander, or Asian dishes with ginger and coriander. Drinking temperature: 8–10 °C.
