Psenner Wild Raspberry Spirit Classic 0.7L

A fruit spirit from the traditional South Tyrolean company Psenner — specializing in alpine fruit brandies for decades. The base is macerated wild raspberries , which are gently distilled after maceration. The result: a clear spirit that preserves the wild, slightly tart aroma of the small berry — significantly more intense than with cultivated varieties.

Fresh wild raspberry in the glass, a hint of blossom, clean and without heavy sweetness. The finish is dry, precise, with a pleasant fruity length. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C, slightly chilled from a digestif glass or a small tumbler.

A classic after-dinner drink – goes well with dark chocolate, game dishes or sheep's cheese with herbs.
