Psenner Hazelnut Classic 0.7L

Psenner Hazelnut Classic from South Tyrol — a nut liqueur made with roasted hazelnuts. Roasting is crucial: it brings out the caramelized notes that raw hazelnuts don't provide. Vanilla and cocoa complement the distillate, and the finish is distinctly reminiscent of nougat and confectionery.

On the palate, it is full-bodied and sweet, with a creamy texture and no harsh alcoholic bite. Roasted hazelnut provides a pleasant note, and cocoa lingers in the finish.
