Mouton Cadet Rosé Mathilde organic

The harvested grapes come predominantly from the Côtes de Blaye as well as from the northeastern vineyards of the Entre-Deux-Mers. In the modern Baron Philippe de Rothschild winery in Saint-Laurent-Médoc, the bulk of the grapes are pressed according to the traditional Saignée method.

The bouquet of the Mouton Cadet Rosé Mathilde seduces with a fine scent of sweetly ripened red berries (raspberries, red currants, wild strawberries) and juicy cherries. Taste: soft and full-bodied on the palate with a harmonious balance of juicy-sweet cherry and berry fruit and fine acidity; in the finish, aromatically fresh and lively with remarkable length.
