Metzger Prachtstück Cuvée white

The name Uli Metzger from Asselheim stands for the Metzger winery in the Northern Palatinate. He has been in charge of the winery since 2010, although he has been dedicated to the business, which belonged to his parents at the time, for a good 30 years. His commitment and ideas led to success. Many technical innovations, but also the striking labels on which the wines are divided into 3 levels - similar to the cuts of a cow - made the wines famous. Modern, high-quality wines are grown on around 27 hectares of land, which largely consists of lime-rich soil.
