Macia Batle Blanc de Blancs

A Mallorcan white wine that brings the island's aromas directly to the glass: fruity and fresh, with a spicy note that sets it apart from simple summer wines.

Macia Batle is one of Mallorca's most renowned wineries and is located in the heart of the DO Pla i Llevant wine region. Their Blanc de Blancs is made from local and international white grape varieties, fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures—a vinification process that preserves the fresh primary aromas of the grapes.

In the glass, it shines a bright yellow with greenish reflections. The nose reveals green apple, pineapple, and grapefruit, along with lemon balm and a hint of fennel. On the palate, it is dry and juicy, with delicate fruit and a savory texture that makes it seem fuller-bodied than many white wines in its category. The finish is fresh and clean.

Served at 8–10 °C , it pairs well with grilled fish, seafood paella, or goat cheese with fresh herbs. It also makes a great aperitif on the patio. Drink now—no aging potential, pure enjoyment in the current vintage.

Macia Batle

The Spanish winery Macia Batle is located on the Balearic island of Mallorca and was founded there in 1865. The current owner is Ramón Vala Viaña. The winery is situated on the western side of the island, approximately 25 minutes from the city of Palma de Mallorca. Macia Batle has a total vineyard area of 150 hectares, characterized by soft soils with a very high calcium content. Combined with the climate, which boasts 300 days of sunshine a year and short winters with little rainfall, the soil and weather provide excellent conditions for vine growth. Macia Batle cultivates grape varieties such as Manto Negro, Callet, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Prensal Blanc, and Chardonnay for its wines.
