Lallier Brut Millesime

Lallier Brut Millésimé – a Champagne for those who don't just want a fizz, but want to experience a vintage. This cuvée from the Champagne Lallier house embodies what has been practiced for generations in the Grand Cru village of Aÿ: meticulous craftsmanship, a deep understanding of terroir, and the courage to trust a single harvest year. In the glass, the Millésimé displays a golden hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is inviting, offering aromas of ripe citrus fruits, brioche, and a hint of roasted hazelnut. On the palate, it impresses with both structure and freshness – a balance that makes vintage Champagne so special. Vintage Champagne from the Premier and Grand Cru vineyards around Aÿ. Handcrafted using the traditional method of bottle fermentation. Extended aging on the lees for complexity and depth. Enjoy it as a festive aperitif, but it also pairs beautifully with food: lobster, scallops, aged Comté cheese, or a delicate poultry dish are ideal companions. As a gift for champagne lovers, it is in a class of its own.

Champagne Lallier

Maison Lallier – Champagne artistry from Aÿ. Founded in 1906 in the Grand Cru village, the house is one of the region's most traditional yet innovative. René Lallier, a passionate lover of nature and terroir, laid the foundation. Over generations, the estate grew: Jean Lallier modernized in the 1930s, René-James expanded the brand and created new cuvées. In 2004, oenologist Francis Tribaut took over, and since 2021, cellar master Dominique Demarville has shaped the contemporary, terroir-oriented style. Lallier – Champagne with history and vision.
