Champagne Lallier Series R - R.021 Brut

The Lallier Série R Brut is the flagship cuvée of Maison Lallier, embodying its clear, terroir-driven style. The "R" stands for Réflexion or Récolte, reflecting the philosophy of highlighting the character of each vintage – complemented by select reserve wines that lend depth and consistency to the Champagne. In the glass, the Brut displays a pale gold hue with a fine, lively perlage. Aromatically, fresh citrus notes, white peach, and crisp apple dominate, underpinned by subtle hints of brioche and almond. On the palate, it is precise and balanced: the freshness of the Chardonnay blends harmoniously with the structure and substance of the Pinot Noir. The result is an elegant, straightforward Champagne with a creamy texture, distinct minerality, and an invigorating, clean finish. The Série R Brut is versatile – perfect as a stylish aperitif or paired with seafood, fish dishes, or white meat. It represents a modern yet classic style of champagne: fresh, structured and with a fine depth.

The Champagne House

Champagne Lallier

Maison Lallier – champagne art from Aÿ. Founded in 1906 in the Grand Cru municipality, the house is one of the most traditional and at the same time most innovative in the region.

René Lallier, a passionate lover of nature and terroir, laid the foundation. The estate grew over generations: Jean Lallier modernized in the 30s, René-James expanded the brand and created new cuvées.

In 2004, oenologist Francis Tribaut took over, and since 2021, Dominique Demarville has shaped the contemporary, terroir-oriented style as cellar master. Lallier – champagne with history and vision.
