Klosterkeller Siegendorf O'Dora Cuvée dry

O'Dora translates to "The Work of the Dora Vineyard." O' stands for Opus, "The Work," while Dora, meaning "Name," indicates its origin. Hand-harvesting ensures perfectly healthy grapes with high physiological ripeness. After temperature-controlled fermentation, malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques. The wine then matures for approximately 16 months in new Allier oak barriques. The O'Dora cuvée from the Siegendorf Monastery Cellar presents delicate fruity aromas on the nose, rounded off with subtle cassis and a fine tobacco spice. On the palate, it is very juicy and powerful, with a smoky tobacco note, soft and very well-integrated tannins, and is already very approachable.
